Most virtual Trauma Centered Training courses require a reliable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video and audio. Some trainings may include downloadable resources, handouts, or pre-course readings, which will be provided prior to the event when applicable.

Do Trauma Centered Training courses offer continuing education (CE) credits?

Participants are responsible for confirming that credits meet their specific licensure requirements.

What is the refund and cancellation policy for trainings?

Refund and cancellation policies vary by training and are posted on each course or event registration page. Participants are encouraged to review these policies carefully before registering. For additional questions, participants may contact Trauma Centered Training directly.

Complaint and Dispute Policy

As a provider of continuing education programs related to mental health care, we at Trauma Centered Training are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. If you have any concerns or disputes related to the content or delivery of these programs, please submit written complaints within one week of the program to Ashley Hubbard, the designated contact person at info@traumacenteredtraining.com. Ashley will acknowledge receipt, conduct an impartial review, and strive for a fair resolution within two weeks. Resolutions may include providing additional information, adjusting program content, or offering a refund. All information will be treated confidentially, and your feedback will contribute to ongoing improvements in my continuing education offerings. 

How we keep participant information secure and confidential:

As the provider of mental health-related continuing education programs, the team at Trauma Centered Care is dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality and security of participant information. All personally identifiable information collected, including registration details and assessment results, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in program administration. Participant data will be securely stored for electronic formats. Only necessary information will be gathered and regular training on data privacy and security will be provided to staff. In the event of a data breach, established procedures will be followed to assess impact, notify affected parties, and take corrective actions. This policy aligns with relevant data protection laws and is subject to periodic reviews for updates and improvements. 

Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Information

The Provider is dedicated to ensuring that its Continuing Education (CE) programs align with all federal, state, and local laws, particularly those outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). To uphold ADA compliance, the Provider commits to implementing accessibility standards, offering reasonable accommodations for participants with disabilities, providing accessible program materials and communication, choosing ADA-compliant venues, ensuring technology accessibility, and training staff on ADA compliance. The organization pledges to continuously improve its practices by staying current with evolving ADA standards and promptly addressing any reported non-compliance concerns. 

Participants requiring accommodations are encouraged to make requests in advance, and the Provider is committed to promptly addressing these requests to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all.
